QCP Converter for Sanyo 8400?

I was talking with a guy in a sprint store today and he said something about a QCP converter on sprints website. I cant seem to find anything on their site. IS there a simple way for me to get ringers to my phone from my pc? I know MP3s wont work so I have to learn how to convert them. Please help..

You should use AAC ringtones for the 8400. QCP ringtones don't sound as good.
