flash to HK firmware, do i lose 850band?

Hey guys, just flashed my K790a to HK firmware, it shows the phone as a K790i now in the info menu, does this mean i lose the 850 band or is it still there?

any reason for this? are bands independent from firmware? can anyone explain the logistics behind this?

its like installing different types of windows u still get the same video card...
