Lowest SAR AT&T phones?

My wife has had her Cingular phone for 4 years and it's time to replace it. It's extremely important to her to get the phone with the lowest possible radiation (SAR) and I've gone through the CNET and every other listing on the web with little luck in finding accurate info on currently available AT&T phones.

Other factors (in order of priority):
* Smallest and lightest possible
* Loud ringer
* Long battery life
* Bluetooth required, other advanced features not necessary

Any suggestions?

you may want to to go thru the current line up offered on cingular's website with the phones' manufacturers. it would be nice if it was all listed in one central place.

Check http://www.phonescoop.com on the specs for each phone (key in the phone name in the upper right hand search box), there's a link to the FCC file that lists all the SAR values. Not one listing for all, but at least you can pretty easily get to the SAR values for each phone.
