n90 upgrade

I've got an n90 and it takes pretty decent photos and mediocre video in my opinion. The flash is a disappointment, always messes up photos rather than helping. My friend has one of the latest SE camera phones and it takes great photos even at night. I'm curious about upgrading to a phone with better photo/video capabilities. The n95 looks good but it's just too damn expensive. Is it worth upgrading to a 3.2mp phone? Is there a big difference in quality? Or should I just wait for the K850i? I'm not really worried about other features just the camera/video. Are there any other 5mp phones out there?
