OK I have had My 8525 for a while. Prior had the 8125 so recently now I have not installed anything.. When My alarm goes off and I use the alarm everyday due to travel There is no way to turn it off. I don't get the snooze or dismiss options anymore. The bottom just stays the say the bottom 2 buttons. Also My calendar events don't pop up so basically no more reminders. I went in and made sure that the settings were correct and it is set to have Reminder notifications I am sunk if i can't get this to work. I really need to figure this out. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it Thanks..

1.) Try a hard reset or reload a rom
2.) warranty exchange

Thanks Out of warrenty i am assuming. i don't want to hard reset but i will. Just not today. .... . . . . .

I agree to hard reset the phone as well. As for warranty, when did you buy it? Did you buy it from AT&T or authorized reseller?
