can anyone tell me how to sync the phone through bluetooth? it seems simple but i guess i am just missing something. i am also having a problem sending a picture from the phone to the computer. i enter the passcode to authorize the device but the transfer always fails. thanks in advance for any help

I am actually doing this. I always sync now via bluetooth, no need for the cradle any more. The trick seems to be setting up a free COM port on your computer for the "virtual serial port" that will connect the phone to the computer. Then in the apps tray at the bottom of your screen, double click on the little squigglie that looks like a lightening bolt. That will open a selection of COM ports and boxes to check next to them. I just checked them all and bingo, it started working. To upload or download files between the phone and the computer, open the icon on your desktop labeled "P800" under an icon of the phone. If you're successfully linked, when you open the P800 icon you will see an icon that says connected. Then open that one and you should see two icons for the phone's memory, one for internal, the other for external. These are just like drives, either open and drag files out, or drop files on them to transfer in. That's it. Hope it helps.
