8125 not sending or receiving MMS

I recently started having trouble sending or receiving MMS on my 8125. I am wondering if anyone else is having the problem, or knows how to fix it. When someone sends me one, I will receive it but I won't be able to download it to view the picture. I recently changed from a MediaBasic package to the new Family Messaging plan. However, the other phones on our account are still able to send/receive them. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

This happened to me recently too after I did some reconfiguring of the phone's network settings. I eventually realized that I needed to update the server settings in MMS to point to the new network. From within Outlook/MMS, go to Tools -> Options -> MMS -> Servers -> Cingular MMS (or whatever the server settings group is called), and make sure that the server settings jive with your working network. i.e., the "Connect Via" option. Also double check your server settings there. (Mine are: gateway: wireless.cingular.com, port: 80, server: http://mmsc.cingular.com)

Also I assume that you are able to confirm that EDGE is working at all? MMS needs a working EDGE connection...
