Blackberry data problem... Cingular or my phone?

Hi. For the last day or two, my Curve has stopped saying EDGE and just says gsm. I have taken the battery out, I have turned the phone on and off, etc. but I can't get the EDGE signal back. SOmetimes it will go into EDGE for a moment but the data is still not usable. I did check my account to make sure the data plan was still on it and sure enough it was still there. I checked my girl's phone and her's still had EDGE...
Is this a phone problem or a service problem... How do I go about fixing this... I'm starting to have buyers remorse on this Curve.

I believe it's a BB data problem. Mine was down for about 2 hours last night as well.

Time to talk to ATT. Sounds like it might need to be reprovisioned. Did you resend the service books?

Hey all. It seems to be working again... How do I resend service books? I keep reading that when I search the problem. I do not have BES though and all i read about seems to say i need that.

You need either BIS or BES
