ok, im thinking about buying a sidekick 2 from ebay. Since i do not have t mo, i would have to buy a sim card. Ive heard that prepaid sidekick kits are 50-100$. i dont have that kind of money. im spending all the money i have on the sidekick. (im selling my razr. need to get rid of it) Could i buy a normal sim card from ebay, and just have tmobile switch it to the prepaid sidekick plan? Ive emailed them already, and its been a week without a response.

You can get a cheap prepaid kit [with $10] for around $15...you don't need the $100 TMo kit...

Buy a $30 prepaid T-Mobile To Go SIM from ebay for around $10, then just call and get switched to the SK plan.

i thought prepaid sim cards were 25? but still...no need 2 spend 100 bux on kits

yeah, you can get any kit and call to get the sidekick plan then pop the sim into the phone and your set

I brought a few around my place and resold them back in school for $20. a pc. made good $. paid only $10. in flushing
