Hey guys, Ive been looking around and I was wondering if anyone know if Sanyo was coming up with any new phones soon. I know thats a typical noob question, but was just wondering. I am planning on getting the Sanyo 8400, Ive heard so many good things about that phone. Ive seen the 7050 but thats more business oriented (lack of camera, external color display). from looking around it seems that there is no phone coming out anytime soon. anybody know of any? thanks

A whole bunch of Sanyos are coming out. I think one or two versions of the Katana. There is also a Sanyo 8500 coming out when the 8400 goes EOL in July I heard.

I saw a couple of the pics for the katana, how about the 8500? Is it worth waiting for or not?

I can answer any questions on the Katana DLX - i've had one for a while now. I don't have much to compare it to other than my old moto e815 (I haven't used the other katanas)

The Katana DLX is the 8500. I have the 8400 but want a pink DLX. Didn't it just come out on the 15th? You've had one for a while now wow. I need someone to do a total comparison from the 8400 to the DLX (8500). So how do you like it? Tell us more about it. Rose

I Just Bought The New Sanyo SCP-3200. I'ts An All Around Great Phone, But No Sync Software Yet. The Phone Has Fully Loaded Features For Camera, Sound, Web, Etc. I'ts A Good Choice For A New Phone.
