I purchased an E62 from Cingular 9 months ago or so, and pay the $49.99 for the PDA Unlimited plan. Everything works great, tethering, etc with no extra fees.

A friend has some Blackberry's I'd like to test out (8700C, Pearl, Curve) and run through the paces, especially with email and web.

Since I don't have a "Blackberry" plan from AT&T, will I be charged extra data fees for sticking my SIM in a Blackberry and surfing the web, tethering, and checking email?

Does my PDA Unlimited Plan only cover every device -except- Blackberries?

You wont be able to use the bb data without a bb plan. You can however use a bb plan in a normal pda.

Unlimited bb and unlimited text cost the same as you pay now.
