I know this can be done but Cingular won't unlock the 650 that I bought from them last summer for $300! because I'm not their customer. I have been trying ever since to either get an unlock code over the web or find someone who has cingular/at&t to get it done for me. I don't know anyone who has them and I have spent a small fortune on bogus web sites that promise to unlock it for me.

Does anyone have a way to get this phone unlocked without me switching over to cingular/at&t?
