has anyone ever had problems with recieving a pic or vid mess. where the vid or pic comes up and then the screen goes either white wit the music or whatever in the back ground playing or it just shuts the mess off and goes back to the main screen. this only happens with the vid and pic mess with volume in the back ground.

I only have a problem saving the picture or music. Once i click "save pic" or Save as ringtone" the phone just shuts off and reboots.

im guessing no one else has had this problem, What u are describing is simalar with my prob. I have had it close what I was looking at and go back to the main screen.. if anyone has had this prob and came up with a fix or knows anything else please lets us know... thank you
