Hey my peoples, I have a slight problem and have been having it for a good couple days now. Recently i began having alot of problems with my Tmo Dash and this led me to reset it using the storage clear app on the phone. After this, I have not been able to sync the phone to my laptop anymore. I'm stuck in guest mode and cannot get Outlook 2007 or anything to sync with it. I need to get my contacts and my appointments and stuff like that back onto my phone but I dont know how. I've done this exact thing before (because of problems in the past) and i've been able to sync in 2 seconds and have no problem. I dont know what is different now.
Suffice to say i've tried searching HOFO and Google to no avail. Has anyone had similar problems? anything. I really need help.

Try deleting your device from AS on your PC (your PC has probably vanished from your device within AS), Reboot and then on the next connect they will (probably) "see each other for the first time".

If this fails then remove AS from your PC, make sure that your PC is not listed within AS on your phone, reinstall AS on your PC and connect.
