I bought Treo 750 locked to cingular from someone and ordered an unlock code thru www.gsmphonesource.com,, and they sent me one and when I tried it, three times already and it says its invalid... I have only couple of more shots that I can take, but would like to know if I have any options. I emailed gsmphonesource.com already abt it and lets see what they say.. Please make suggestion...

I know when I got my unlock code from Cingular, I didn't realize that I was entering letters instead of numbers. I had to use the alt key to enter it as numbers (since the entry was hidden by a *). Hope that helps.

I am quite sure that it is the problem. I must be entering letters instead of numbers. I am quite new to PDA's family, so could you please tell me an indication how to know and make sure that I am entering numbers and not letters....

Safest thing is to hold down the white square key underneath the "A" as you type in the unlock code on the corresponding silver keys that the numbers are printed on.

Problem solved. I waiting for some time and it accepted the code and phone is unlocked..... I am now pround owner of Treo 750.... Thanks for your help guys///
