upgrade plan on iphone

ok so i activated my iphone last night with the 20 dollar plan wich includes 200 text messages. does anyone know how i can upgrade that to the one for 30 dollars a month with 1500 messages?

You can log into att.com and do it that way. Or call. The website doesn't seem to be working now:

I'm thinking about changing my plan and the website just doesn't seem as straightforward as the itunes setup was. I guess I'll call sometime.
