XV6700 MMS troubles

I have intermittent problems with MMS on the xv6700 from verizon. sometimes i am unable to send them. meaning i hit send and nothing happens and the messages stays in the outbox. also lately even when i receive the messages they won't open. i will get the description of the message but not the picture or video itself. i am unable to download the image which i understand is supposed to happen automatically and it has in the past. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

i have the same problem. i bought the phone from a friend and verizon says it is a hardware problem and since i got it from a friend the dont cover it. insurans wont cover it because it is a hardware prob. should have told them i lost it
