It looks like this is PPC only and I have smartphone. I should have said that in the first post.
Have you tried in on your Dash? That device is WM5 right?

The first sentence of the description says pocket PC but it has been tested on Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 5. It is currently installed on my Dash with Windows Mobile 6.
I just tried opening a PDF and it works.

All that, and I see that Piscel Viewer is also a PDF viewer. Thanks for your help Eric, even though I'm an idiot.
