Verizon V325i problems with file swaps

Hi. I have the Motorola V325i with Verizon. I followed the procedures outlined here . Everything seemed to work fine but when I try to transfer to and from the phone, I get "unable to communicate with mobile device". Any ideas?

Nevermind guys. I finally did ALL the required reading and got it figured out. Really very simple just like people say. I think the main problem I had was all the disclaimers in big red letters scared me into thinking it was gonna be this huge involved technical process, when really it's very simple thanks to the folks who have laid the procedures all out for us.
Very happy camper here.
