My Sidekick 2 buttons dont work

i just notice none of my sidekick 2 buttons dont works. i was going to sell the sidekick and when i put my sim to check if everything is good. and when i went to sign in to my account none of the buttons funtion. i notice that the keypad..the meau, back, X, etc buttons didnt work. neither the scroll wheel didn't work to cancel. and when i press the power button to turn it off and i click the scroll wheel it works there. i did a hard reset but still has the problems. does anyone know whats sup with it??

thats pretty bizarre...my SK3 just started doing the same exact thing. That's kinda why i'm here...checking to see if anyone else has this problem....

things over the past 2 months just magically stopped working on this phone, and it's really pissing me off - because I don't have insurance - (according to TMOBILE) and I ALWAYS get the insurance when I have a new device... - so I think they're screwing with me...again.

So if I call them and send my phone in, I'm going to be paying for sidekick service for 3 weeks, and not even using it....hmmmm....

i really don't want to call them - because this will be the 5th time in 2 months...and that conversation will not go very well...

let me know what you find out...and i will let you know what I find out....

i just did a master reset on the phone...and everything seems to be working...
try that if you haven't - a soft reset doesn't do much....

yea i did a hard reset already but still same problem..
