Can't get contacts to sync with my outlook

It keeps telling me
'Cannot sync with the outlook profile you are using, becuase a diff profile was previously setup or the profile is password protected. Please open Outlook using the correct profile'
I'm not sure what profile its talking about because I only have 1 profile that I just made after installing outlook. I actually deleted the account and still getting the same problem
