how to configure HTC Tytn and/or P4350 herald to e-mail?

hey,
i tried doing a serach but nothing came up that solved my problem, what I need to know is how to SYNC PUSH E-mail to a Tytn device and a P4350 for rogers network. BOTH of these units are NOT rogers units and are unlocked. Are thee special settings can someone help me out and let me know how to do this with a step by step guide? thanks so much. or if there are any links, cause i can't find any good throurough walkthrus. thanks so much, i need the e-mails to forward directly to these devices. thanks
yes - i do have data
yes- these phones are currently on rogers network and working
