how to backup the entire W810i and its MSPD card?

1. Is there a way to back EVERYTHING up from W810i? I want to buy another W810i for my wife and she wants all the wallpaper, music, ringtones, phonebook entries of my phone to be transferred to hers when she gets her phone.

2. I'm currently using 1 Gb MSPD card and want to upgrade it to a 4 Gb card. Do I have to format the new MSPD card in the phone (and what is the procedure)? Also can I just copy all the files from the original MSPD card to the PC and then transfer all the data (and folders) back onto the new and larger MSPD card?

Thanks for help.

Thanks in advance.

yes, you have to format the new card in the phone. in the file manager, go to options and you should be able to format the new card. yes you can, just drag and drop

thank you very much for the help!

Just to clarify, he DID not want you to format any cards until the files are on the computer, and then format BOTH (For safe measure) before using them.

I just found that your post could have been a tad confusing to some people.
