as the thread title says im looking for a qwerty full keyboard slide out phone. Personally, how light and compact the phone is is key. I hate a bulky phone. The other option is waiting...are there any coming out in the next ltitle while that will blow the competition out of the water
Any help would be appreciated

Samsung F700 is the lighest QWERTY slide out fone, lacks alota features. There's HTC Kaiser however, 19mm, and is FULLY loaded.
Any OS preferences? What network your gona be on? Camera? Quad band? Need more details

How about the 02 xda zinc or s710...in terms of size and thickness..which is the slimmest?

I am going to have to say the s710.. Its nice and small, small enough to replace my trust 6820.
Had it for a few weeks now and very pleased with its performance and a ll the little fun plugins I have added to spruce it up...

You can also look into an HTC Mogul. Comes with Wifi and 3G so you'll save a lot on data charges being on WiFi.
Too bad the Helio Ocean is CDMA or else I woulda snatched it up if it was GSM.

I agree with those who suggested the HTC S710. Its small, has a slide out QWERTY keyboard and alpha-numeric keypad and has WiFi, which with Rogers outrageous data prices is very helpful.

Like someone mentioned. S710/VOX from HTC is a nice phone as well. Has Wifi built in, reducing your data costs and has a slideout keyboard.

Nope, the HTC S710 "Vox" is probably your best bet. Anything else is going to be pretty bulky, even the T-Mobile Wing.
