K1M KRZR video problems

I have a 2GB micr SD card in my Krzr. I have successfully converted 2 movies to MPEG4 format to play on my phone. But when i try to add a 3rd movie, the 3rd movie won't play. The movie plays on my pc when i put the card in but not on my phone. I've tried other movies and they don't work on the phone either, but the first 2 still play perfectly fine. There's no memory problem, there's still over half the memory still empty on my SD micro. Anyone with any good advice?
