Well, I purchased my W810i and 2 year protection plan from LALAWEST last year.
The phone stopped working 3 weeks ago, so I want them to replace or repair my phone with the warranty I purchased. I have been contacting them by calling and emailing for 3weeks, but they haven't response any of my attempts. I even tried to go their office or shop, but I couldn't locate their address, 8721 Santa Monica Blvd #1515 Los Angeles, CA 90069 (supposedly, they are located on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood. I drove by a few times but not such address) anyone experiencing the same or slimier problems?
What should I do now?

It says they are no longer a registered user. You might be SOL Keep checking though, eBay sometimes do that when fees arn't paid, etc.

It's LaLa-West on eBay though, just to clarify

I called one of their numbers, and it says its no longer blah blah...I suggest going directly through eBay, and see what they say.

Did you use PayPal? Start a dispute with them immediately...

If you used your credit card, file a claim and let them give you back the money...
