Callback Number all Zero on text messages

I had to get my Razr replaced recently. Since then, all of my outgoing text messages display this at the end: CB: 000-000-0000

I don't think it ever had the Callback number on there on the old phone. Does anyone know how I can remove this from my messages? And if that's not possible, can I change the zeros to my actual number?
