i just got a pearl and downloaded the opera both new one and beta one and they both end up telling me it fails to connect to the internet

oh and i have tmobile

Do you have bis or bes internet plans?

Did you take out the battery, and resend service books?

Will probably work after doing so.

then you have BIS internet.

follow all these steps to resend service books

Try going onto your advanced settings menu > to TCP > make sure that your APN is:

wap.voicestream.com

Username for APN:

wap.voicestream.com

Leave the password alone

This is how I was able to get it to work on mine, it was a few months ago.
