So my HT2 no longer rings or vibrates..

I have had this problem for almost a month now. Bought the phone off a seller from the site. It worked fine for the first month or two. And now all of a sudden I'm missing calls because the phone itself will not RING or VIBRATE no matter what level I set the ringer volume too.

I've tried messing with the 'Sound Profiles' and that looks fine. Anyone know what's up or ever had this problem and knows how to fix it?
