The phone itself still makes and recieves calls fine, but the screens stopped displaying anything.
I can't really tell, but this seems to be the only problem so far. Ring tones, menus, incoming text messages, playing songs all work fine.
The main screen has does not light up or display anything, and the secondary screen on the outside lights up, but shows no information.
The problem started when I bumped my phone against a table and the outside screen stopped working. Later, I dropped the phone and suddenly it worked again. I figured it was a loose connection and tried to be careful. About a week after that both screens stopped working, and no amount of dropping fixed it.
I still suspect a bad/loose connection, but I have never disassembled anything this small before, so I wouldn't know where to start. What are your reccomendations?

you need a torx #6 and a small flat blade screwdriver to disassemble this phone. look for any obvious rips or tears in the flex cable and also any distortion in the lower portion of the housing that the hinges attach to.

Thanks. What would I do if I see a tear/distortion?

So I've managed to get the phone almost all the way open and I don't see any thing wrong so far, but still what do I do if I see any problems, and what do I do if I don't?
