Moto Razr v3-Outside Screen Only Displays T-Mobile Logo

Pretty simple problem but I have no idea how it happened or how to fix it. I have not modded my phone at all. I was on it yesterday and it was fine and then in the evening my external display screen ONLY displays the T-Mobile logo. No longer does it display the time and a little picture nor does it display the name or caller ID of who is calling.

I can't seem to find a setting that deals specifically with the external displays creen either. Anyone got any ideas? I thought maybe a master reset but don't know exactly what that does.

its problaly beacuse it is not detecting if the flip is closed anymore, so a flip sensor may be bad or the magnet could be defective

Kinda what I thought. If I close the phone it still is connected whereas it used to hang up. No more closing the phone and talkin crap. Gotta make sure now it hung up

Took it to a T-Mobile store and as it was less than a year old they warrantied it for me

For $10 (shipping) I got a new phone. Pretty happy about that!
