Uploading songs??

I know im probably milleniums late on this, but can you upload songs from your computer that you did not buy from itunes???

Yes, no problem.
But you must do it through iTunes. iTunes works with Apple's own DRM (and non-DRM'd) AAC files, plus MP3 files.

You have to import the songs into the iTunes library. This doesn't do anything to the files (AFAIK), but then you can create a playlist, include the songs, and sync the playlist with your iPhone.
NONE of my music came from iTunes, and it works fine.

ok, for some reason its alot easier to do on my ipod...nothiing will transfer to the phone...i have music on a playlist in the itunes player but it won't transfer when I hit sync...what gives?
All my music files are already converted to itune files....

make a playlist and sync it with the phone. you cant drag songs into the iphone like an ipod
