i don't know, my buttons were acting messed up on mine so i called t-mobile and they said the only thing they could do is give me a left over refurbished one.

hate 2 say this but ur screwed i had people bring me sk2 s with this problem .i chked around and found out that this is a common problem .its tied to the update they sent out rt around the time the 3 came out they r to blame from what i found out and they basically say oh well bastards gd luck

WAIT! TRY ONE MORE THING! Tonight, turn it off when you charge it. Leave it off for about 6 hours. It might work! Works with some simpler phones... I say it's worth the try
