We need to all work together on trying to find out code on these phones. Lets break it down into smaller steps. We should write little "how-to" documents on things.

My phone is a K132 and has Cricket. To get into the "service" settings, you:
1 From the Main Screen, enter 111111 (1 six times)
2 Press the Options soft key
3 Select the "Service" option

There is a list of menus and I haven't been able to do anything from there.
Please add to my post and help everyone out.

That's the same on all Kyocera phones.

Do you know anything that we can do after getting into the service?

When you go into service mode, If it asks you for a 6 digit security code it's 000000. I've had this phone for a while, I had ampd mobile, but due to ALOT of disatisfiaction I left the compay. I live in South Texas, A new company came out that would let you use any phone ( as long as it doesnt have a SIM card ) with there company by letting them Flash your phone. I was able to obtain 2 kx18, One im getting flashed so I type this hopfully that'll work out and the other Im messing around with.
I will mess with the opotions let you know what I come up with, but since I dont have service with it, I dont know exactly what I can tell you. I know theres an option under BREW config that lets you chose if its PrePay, Carrier ID Platform ect. Each has its own ID. When I get the other phone back ill access this options and see if there is a difference. Ill keep you all posted u keep me posted.
