Can someone help me with media compression on the blackberry media player? Can/should i use "Smartmovie" to compress large video files?

I'm glad somebody started a thread on this, I too was looking to throw an episode of southpark on my SD card and out of the 2 files the avi (XviD) was visible, but unplayable and ogm would not even be seen on the card. What would work best?

BTW can someone point me in the direction of a possibility of a different media player for the 8800? I have been playing with the pre-installed version and it wont give me a full screen, ie. only will show a screen with player buttons. I must be doing something wrong because this cant be the only way to watch video on the BB- There must be a player that offers full screen/

thanks a lot- Does this mean there is no full screen on the pre-installed version though? I dld the Dollars5 kit, it's not he same app. Not too excited about this 3rd party app. for something so simple.
