I'm not sure why, but the phone doesn't notify me when an e-mail or text comes in. When i first got it, it would ring when I got an e-mail, and now it won't. It will only flash red. I have it on "normal"

When I set the phone to vibrate, it will vibrate when an e-mail comes in...

How can I fix this?

Check your normal profile and the setting for each email account. If you added accounts without setting the alert type for those accounts, I believe it will default to a Mute setting. You'll need to change it to whatever alert sound you want.
