Im torn between the three! I love all of them because ive had time with each one. I love the sk3 because i could do the sidekick plan for 30 a month and have unlimited text and data. I like the pearl because it would be more comfortable to have everyday. Ive had the most time with the MDA, my girlfriend has it. I want to switch over to t-mobile anyway so it doesnt matter about the carrier. Which of these phone do you think is the best?

Depends on what you want to use it for really. I have a Sidekick 3 and love it, especially for basically $5 a month for internet.
If you want to use it for business at all, then get the Pearl or MDA or Wing. If just for texting/AIM, then the SK3.
Also, if plan costs are a concern, the SK3 will be about $20 cheaper a month then the comparable plans in Pearl or MDA/Wing.

Out of those I prefer the Pearl. I had a Pearl but I exchanged it for a SK3. Now I wish I didn't, i loved the Pearl, the only thing I miss about the SK3 was the IM client. But I didn't like much else about it.

well i picked up the pearl today....its very different from any other phone ive used lol. I like it but the texting is so new to me. ill figure it all out. one question, i put in my micro sd card...it has music on it and videos...how do i access these? And if after awhile i dont really like the pearl im going to trade it either for an MDA or sidekick 3.

If you miss the IM client from the pearl, I strongly recommend JiveTalk for blackberries. It's a great program and is totally worth the $19/$29 price. You can even save custom away messages and do file transfers from your memory card. It has been very reliable, too. I absolutely love it.

I have owned many, many phones and I can honestly say that the Blackberry Pearl was my ALL TIME favorite! I have been between the 8525, 8125, Curve, 8300, etc... and I am never giving up my pearl.

I have all three. I like the pearl best because of push email and other great features. The MDA is just too slow, if you really want the mda then get the wing. The sk3 is not bad but all it is internet and text msging.

The MDA is not longer being made so it's not on my chart anymore. It got replace by another one called WING.
