WTF!!! No it's not okay.

I paid $420 for the phone via PayPal...then an extra $13 to make up for your paypal fees you lost because of the CreditCard transaction.

You were supposed to send me a tracking number for the phone...not a refund.

I'm very disappointed as you broke the deal we agreed upon. Not cool at all.

You made me NOT add a final bid on an ebay auction for a Touch as well which only went for $435 in the end.

Bad Business.

but you cannot blame me for wanting more money for it ,i also forgot to mention it is fully unlocked cid and sim unlocked

You said no to my first offer...but agreed to my second...you should have said no again. You not only agreed on a deal...but accepted the PayPal money for it.

I'm all for anyone making as much as they can when selling their stuff....but you can't accept offers...then back out of them.

Also...in your personal email to me notifying that you sent the money back, you say you are keeping the phone as it's the best phone for you. Then you say in another that you want to get $475 for it. But in your first post in this thread you state you are selling it for $450.

You should make up your mind. That's my last post...good luck in your quest to sell a one-month used device for the same price as you can buy it new.

Also...all HTC branded Touch's are SIM Unlocked. CID Unlocking is not necessary as there are no other roms out for it. Good Luck.

He refunded the original $420 and then the extra $13 I paid to cover his PayPal fees...which was big of me in the first place. But he did refund.
