So I got a Motokrzr k1m under a month ago. So far I've gone through 2 of them and have to go tomorrow to get mine swapped again for a third.

Basically the first one had a glitch in its camera function. Occasionally I'd get a "file not found" error, "picture capture failed" or it would simply not finish loading and go back to the main menu. So I got a new one. First problem I noticed was that this one would give off a ringing feedback sound ever time I pushed a button. Second, the camera started giving me the same errors and glitches as the first one. And now today when trying to load some songs onto my mp3 player, it's started telling me there's no mp3 files on my cell phone that it can find, even after doing a scan, even though I know, I can see, and I can play mp3 sounds through my phone, just not through the mp3 software.

And finally it seems that you can create your own ringtones through the media center software that comes with the phone? I've tried this, and I asked/looked around about this, and according to all the staff who sold me the phone and everything the software information says, it can do this. However I have yet to figure out how. I went and asked the store I got it from, they said just crop it to the right size/length and right format and the phone will do the rest and well, clearly it hasn't.

So basically what's your opinion of this phone. Everyone I've talked to has had nothing to say except "they finally made the perfect phone". So far I have yet to get one to last 2 weeks without a software glitch. Would I be better getting it exchanged for a different phone? I was looking at the LG chocolate as I've heard good things.

I don't care about features, just want a phone that works.
