Gain_Table with CDMA K1m?

I want to simply increase the volume of my phone. It is just too low.
I've read some guides over the net in the past few days...
And I just don't get it.
How can a CDMA K1m owner use the gain_table file? And if he can't, is there an alternate way?
(Believe me, I searched like a maniac. Couldn't find anything.)

there is no way, I know volume is way too low!
