FutureShop have their own forums? Anyways, from looking at the screenshot - it looks like it's just an application to build a BT profile, not actually remapping keys on the handset.

In regards to the Future Shop Ad, it's just that an ad just like bannerat the top of each page.
I'm using Opera as a browser and you can block the content on your pages like I just did.
Perhaps you should use opera eh!!!!
