Watching video clips.

Just transfered my mp4 and 3gp clips from my SGH-E900 to my new SGH-U700 and have discovered that on trying to play the mp4's I get the error message 'unsupported resolution'.The 3gp clips play fine.
Have emailed Samsung and await a reply,but hoping someone out there can help.
