Why does Nokia 40 2.2 save my theme in 240 x 320 and not 128x160

Everytime I save my theme it saves it at 240x320, not 128x160 which im working in.
Im using Nokia Series 40 theme maker 2.2 and working in 128x160 windows when Im making my theme.
Im trying to make a theme for my 6086.
Any Ideas?
