Camera issues on T-Mobile MDA

This is apparently a fairly common problem, because a Google search came up with a couple of other people reporting the same issue.

When I try to take a picture, I oftentimes get this error message:

"Unable to capture. Failed to set up the camera device. 36001:102:0"

If I go with L (640 x 480), it seems to work, but at 1.3MP. Any possible solutions other than a soft/hard reset?

I get the same issue, but very very rarely. I get this usually after I have taken a previous photo and tried to do something with it, like email it or send it via MMS. I do not know what the cause and/or solution is. I actually only have seen it after I flashed mine to wm6...
