Ringtone Unsupported for 910SH

I have a handset model 910SH and I tried to customized it by downloading ringtones. But when I tried to assigned the said ringtones its says "Cannot assigned format not supported" I tried to convert the format into M4A, smaf and AMR but still didn`t work. Hope someone could help me with this. Thanks

You have a 910SH??? And are you in Japan? Cos this phone can't be use outside Japan.

he must be in Japan, 910sh locks itself afaik

In which case I am extremely envious. But at any rate, I'm pretty sure that the 910SH, like most other Japanese phones, only allows MMF ringtones.

Yes only MMF ringtones as per Softbank ringtone policy. If you want digital music tones you either have to make them using Yamaha's WAV to SMAF converter, or you can buy Chaku-uta instead.

Yes, I`m here in japan. and I read a lot of forums that my handset cannot be use outside japan but Im still hoping that unlocking this kind of handset would be available soon...about the ringtones, I tried converting from one format to another but still assigning those tones don` work!

Do a search on converting files to MMF for the 903. The 903 has the same sound chip as the 910, so the procedure is the same.
