Hi pals, I just purchased a 903SH from Japan a month ago and was amazed by its features like 3.2Megapixel camera and good quality music with M4A files. However, I am experiencing problems in playing 3GP videos. I have tried using different 3GP converter softawares but to no avail it doesn't play the file in my phone. Sometimes I get "Cannot play" error prompts while sometime I just get blank screen. Can someone advise me on this? Being able to play 3GP videos in my 903SH will definitely complete my immenste satisfaction with this phone. Hope to hear from you guys, thanks!

He is getting similar problems to what I have on my black 903sh with the music, and videos sometimes playing, getting cannot play error or getting black screen. So far havent figured out what is wrong with it.

3gp works. there is a good program called 3gp_converter (japanese software with english)...
you just have to make sure you select the proper settings: 15fps, (i think without Xvid or divx encoding), and sound level i cant remember.

guys, i have tried another 3GP Video converter. But when I transferred the file to my mini-SD and play the 3GP file, it will play but blank and no sound. hope anyone can help me solve this issue. thanks!
