Ming A1200 Reset Issue

I am having a reset issue with my a1200 ming.
Reset problem only occurs when my sim card is in the phone and the phone is started. For some reason it just wants to reset itself.
When I dont have my sim card in it starts fine and works great.
Could it possibly be a Linux problem?? Or is it something deeper?
all suggestions would really help..

probably the sim card is bad.
