Can't find setup file for MPT, my comp crashed.

Before my comp crashed, I was able to move over a bunch of files into a jump drive. When putting them back onto my comp, I realized I couldn't remember what I needed to do to reinstall this program. I'm pretty sure I have all the files just like on the cd, but I'm lost as to what comes next. Please help asap, my RAZR is thriving for new tones and is threatening to go into recovery.
