Can't connect V195 with motomidman

I recently bought a V195 and I'm trying to upload some games onto the phone. I installed the P2K driver successfully, but I can't get motomidman to connect to the phone. Is there anything else I need to do?

Try having P2K Commander or some other program that does connect running in the background when you try MotoMidMan. I can't remember right now if I have to do that with my V195; I know at least one P2K program I use won't connect by itself, though.
