S620 not ringing. HELP!

Hey all... thought I'd post this strange issue I'm having with my unlocked s620 (bought from ebay). Every once in a while, someone will call me and they say that all they hear is 1 and a half rings and then it'll go directly to voicemail. On my end, my s620 never rings. I'm on cingular. I've tried to reproduce the issue but I can't. It just seems to happen. No rhyme or reason. After turning off and turning on the phone, everything goes back to normal for a while. Then it'll happen again whenever it feels like. Don't have a clue as to what's going on. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you sure you have reception when it does that? Did you install anything?

yes, the phone's got a full signal. I've installed apps like TCPMP, PHM's registry editor, Opera Mini. Nothing out of the ordinary. The only registry edits I've made are the simple performance enhancing ones that are posted on these forums and dashsmartzone.com forums. Other than that, everything's the same.
